Terms of Service
1. Introduction
1.1These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Discord Applications operated by Daily Giveaways ("Daily Giveaways", "we", "us" or "our"), including their games, Activities, events and related features (together, the "Applications").
1.2The Applications operate exclusively within the Daily Giveaways Discord server (the "Server"). In these Terms, "you" means any person who accesses or uses the Applications.
1.3By accessing or using the Applications, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the Applications.
2. Eligibility
2.1You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country if higher.
2.2Where a prize is offered, you must also meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of the platform or service associated with that prize.
2.3You must comply with the rules of the Server at all times while using the Applications.
3. Accounts
3.1Each person may participate using one Discord account only. The use of alternative, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.2You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Discord account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, traded or transferred for the purpose of participating in any event or game.
3.3Any person found to be participating through multiple accounts may be permanently excluded from all Daily Giveaways events, games and prizes, without appeal.
4. Fair Play
4.1You must play every game yourself and in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, macros, automation tools or modified clients.
- Exploiting bugs, errors or unintended mechanics.
- Manipulating, falsifying or interfering with scores, results, cooldowns or entries.
- Reverse engineering, disrupting or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Applications.
- Harassing other users or interfering with their participation.
4.2Results are verified by Daily Giveaways, including by independently replaying recorded gameplay on our servers. We may review any score, result or entry at any time.
4.3Where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, we may, at our sole discretion, remove scores or entries, disqualify the user from any round or event, withhold or reclaim a prize, and restrict or permanently remove access to the Applications.
5. Events, Games and Prizes
5.1Each event or game is subject to its own rules, as published in its announcement or channel (the "Event Rules"). The Event Rules apply in addition to these Terms and prevail over these Terms in respect of that event where the two conflict.
5.2Winners are determined solely in accordance with the applicable Event Rules and the records held by Daily Giveaways.
5.3Prizes must be claimed within the period stated in the Event Rules or, where no period is stated, within 48 hours of the winner being announced. Prizes not claimed within that period are forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.
5.4Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered unless the Event Rules state otherwise. A prize may be provided in any of the formats available at the time of claiming.
5.5To receive a prize, you may be required to provide the information necessary for its delivery, such as an Epic Games display name.
5.6Winning a prize may make you ineligible to win further prizes for a period, as set out in the relevant Event Rules.
5.7Daily Giveaways reserves the right to withhold any prize in cases of suspected cheating, exploitation, ineligibility or technical error.
6. Availability and Modification
6.1The Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, timely or free from errors.
6.2Daily Giveaways may modify, pause, reset, cancel or discontinue any Application, game, event or prize at any time and without prior notice, including adjusting rules or mechanics during an event to maintain fairness.
6.3We are not responsible for any failure, delay or loss caused by Discord, third-party services, internet connectivity or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Giveaways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any disappointment, disqualification or inability to claim a prize arising from use of the Applications.
7.2Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1All names, logos, characters, artwork, games and other content made available through the Applications are owned by or licensed to Daily Giveaways. No right or licence is granted to you other than the right to use the Applications within the Server in accordance with these Terms.
9. Decisions and Disputes
9.1All decisions made by Daily Giveaways regarding scores, results, eligibility, winners and the interpretation of these Terms and any Event Rules are final and binding.
9.2In the event of a dispute, the records and logs held by Daily Giveaways will be used to determine the outcome.
10. Changes to these Terms
10.1We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Applications after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
