1.2Daily Giveaways is the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. The Applications operate exclusively within the Daily Giveaways Discord server (the "Server").
2. Information We Collect
2.1Discord account information: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar.
2.2Server membership information: the date you joined the Server, your roles and your nickname.
2.3Interaction information: commands, button and menu selections, entries, and the content of messages sent in channels where an Application provides a feature that requires it.
2.4Gameplay information: scores, results, and the game inputs and timings recorded to verify fair play, together with rewards, wins and leaderboard positions.
2.5Prize information: details you provide in order to receive a prize, such as an Epic Games display name.
2.6Technical information: your IP address and basic device and browser information, received by our servers when you open an Activity or visit this website and retained only in short-term server logs.
2.7We do not collect your email address, password or payment details, and we do not collect messages sent outside the channels in which the Applications operate.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1We use personal data for the following purposes:
- Operating the Applications, including games, events and leaderboards.
- Determining winners and delivering prizes.
- Detecting and preventing cheating, automation, the use of multiple accounts and other abuse.
- Maintaining the security and reliability of the Applications.

4.1We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating the Server, its events and the Applications fairly and securely; where necessary to fulfil our arrangement with you when you enter an event or claim a prize; and where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

5.1We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with Discord, which operates the platform on which the Applications run; with the providers that host our servers and databases; with any party required to deliver a prize you have claimed; and with authorities where required by law.
5.2Discord usernames, scores, leaderboard positions and winners may be displayed publicly within the Server. When a Quick Draw ends, the Discord display names, usernames and profile pictures of everyone who entered it, and its winner, are shown on that draw’s public summary page on dg-bots.com, which is linked from the draw in the Server.
6. International Transfers
6.1Our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by applicable data protection law.
7. Retention
7.1We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining accurate records of events and winners, preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations. Server logs are retained for a short period only. Personal data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

10.1The Applications are intended for users aged 13 or over, or the minimum age required to use Discord in their country if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below that age.
